Brief and project description
The digital e-Register of the Municipality of Vogošća represents a fundamental modernization of local administrative services. The project introduced a centralized, fully structured database that brings together all municipal administrative forms, procedures, and workflows into a single, accessible digital system. This shift replaced fragmented documentation practices with a harmonized and transparent digital registry.
Over the course of implementation, all administrative forms were collected, reviewed, standardized, and redesigned for clear, functional digital use. The systematization process enabled the reorganization of procedures within the municipal administration, ensuring that both staff and citizens can navigate processes more efficiently. The e-Register now provides citizens with simplified access to information, while municipal employees benefit from faster processing, reduced paperwork, and improved consistency in document handling.
The project also included the development of a dedicated desktop CIPS application for automatic issuance of certificates and decisions from the central user identification database—positioning Vogošća as one of the first municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina to operationalize this level of digital transformation.
