A municipal website functions as a public utility—just as essential as physical offices or service counters. The transformation of the Vogošća web portal demonstrates how structured design, strong technical architecture, and reliable maintenance can turn a website into a central operational tool.
Urban rooftops are one of the most underutilized energy assets in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This project confirms that the transition to clean energy does not need to wait for large-scale infrastructure investments; significant progress can begin on the surfaces that already exist above our cities. By applying advanced geospatial analytics, drone-based mapping, and precise solar modeling, we were able to quantify what was previously only assumed: many urban zones in FBiH possess a strong, technically viable solar potential capable of reducing both emissions and grid dependence.
