Brief and project description
Main goal of the project was to modernize the digital infrastructure of the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to improve information accessibility, transparency, and communication with citizens and businesses.
Project included a comprehensive redesign of the official website of the Tax Administration and the development of a new CMS system designed to institutional processes. New system enabled simpler and more efficient content management, as well as the introduction of numerous functionalities that significantly improved the quality of digital services.
In this way, Remote implemented a comprehensive digital solution that strengthened the institution in providing modern, secure, and inclusive public services.
